Draw the Eyes
First, draw two circles for the frog’s eyes. Then, add its pupils by drawing pointed ovals.
Outline the Head
Outline the frog’s bumpy, oval-shaped head similar to the illustration.
Add the Nostrils
Add two dots for its nostrils.
Outline the Mouth
Draw a long, wavy line to outline the frog’s mouth.
Add the Chin
Draw two short curved lines to outline the frog’s chin.
Form the Front Legs
Form the shape of the frog’s front legs and attach its feet.
Draw the Hind Legs
Draw its folded hind legs and form its hind feet as shown.
Outline the Body
Outline the frog’s body by drawing a curved horizontal line in between its front legs.
Shade the Eyes
Shade the frog’s irises with yellow. Next, color its pupils with black. Then, add oval-shaped glossy spot in white.
Fill in the Body
Fill in the frog’s body with a green color.
Shade the Mouth and Belly
Color the frog’s mouth, belly, and the underside of its feet with a lighter shade of green.
Add Shadows
Add some light shadows using a darker green color to give life to our simple frog drawing.
