Lesson: How to Draw a Beaver
Start by blocking out the main shapes with simple outlines. Focus on getting the proportions right before adding any details. Once the basic form is in place, you can start to add shading to give your beaver some depth. Pay close attention to how the lines and shapes work together to define different parts of the animal, like the head, tail, and paws. Keep your lines clean and confident, and remember that refining your shapes as you go will help your drawing look more polished. When you're ready, add shading to emphasize the fur texture and give your beaver drawing a more finished look.
