Draw the Eyes
First, draw two ovals to outline the ghost’s phantom-like eyes.
Outline the Pupils
Outline the shape of its pupils in its eyes.
Draw the Mouth
Draw the ghost’s long, frowning mouth.
Add the Tongue
Add the shape of its tongue inside its mouth.
Form the Body
