Draw the Head

Start by drawing a large, curved line for the octopus's head.
Add the Eyes

Draw two large, circular eyes. Then, add some shine to the eyes by creating small ovals.
Outline the Mouth

Below the eyes, draw a small curved line to form the smiling mouth.
Draw a Bow

Now, add a small bow on top of the octopus's head. Make sure to erase overlapping lines.
Form the First Tentacle

Below the head, draw a wavy, curved shape extending downwards to form a tentacle.
Add More Tentacles

Next to the first tentacle, draw three more long, wavy tentacles.
Form the Remaining Tentacles

Continue drawing long curving shapes to create a total of eight tentacles.
Attach the Suckers

Add small oval-shaped suckers along the tentacles.
Outline the Bubbles

Draw the circular outline of the bubbles around the cute octopus.
Form the Ocean Floor

Form bumpy lines to outline the sandy ocean floor. Then, add small dots to emphasize its rough texture.
Add the Seaweed

Add tall, wavy shapes to draw seaweed around the octopus.
Shade the Octopus

Use black and white to color the eyes. Next, color the suckers with light yellow. Then, shade the octopus’ head and tentacles with orange.
Fill in the Bow

Fill in the bow with a vibrant shade of red.
Color the Ocean Floor

Color the seaweed green and the sandy ocean floor with light brown.
Shade the Water

Fill in the water with blue and the bubbles with a lighter shade of blue.
