Draw the Flame
First, form the shape of the Christmas candle’s flame.
Attach the Wick
Attach the thin, vertical wick below the flame.
Outline the Base of the Wick
Draw a short, horizontal line to form the base of the candle’s wick.
Form the Melting Wax
Form the melting top part of the candle wax.
Draw the Body of the Candle
Draw the body of the Christmas candle by creating two vertical lines.
Add Holly Berries
Add holly berries in front of the Christmas candle by making three circles.
Outline the Midribs
Start forming the holly leaves by first drawing the curved outline of its midribs.
Form the Holly Leaves
Draw the pointy outline of the holly leaves, using the midribs as guide to help form the shape of the leaves.
Decorate the Christmas Candle
Create two wavy lines along the body of the Christmas candle.
Add More Leaves
Add more holly leaves to fill in the empty spaces by following the previous step.
Outline the Veins
Outline the veins along the leaves by creating short, curved lines.
Fill in the Flame
Fill in the flame with shades of orange.
Color the Christmas Candle

Add Color to the Holly Berries
